however you are, you are welcome here

My name is Simran Janjua, and I offer one-to-one therapy for adults. I provide a calm, compassionate, and reflective space where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels respectful and supportive of you.

I come to this work with a deep commitment to care, collaboration and integrity. I aim to create a space where all of you is welcome, and can be met with presence, openness and warmth. I approach each person’s unique journey with respect, trusting in the strengths and inner wisdom they bring.

I work in an affirmative way with all forms of diversity and am committed to creating an inclusive, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive practice that welcomes individuals from all backgrounds. My work is shaped by an awareness that our lived experiences and sense of self are influenced not only by our personal stories, but also by the wider social, cultural and systemic contexts we move through, both past and present. I offer a space that honours these realities and I aim to meet you within the full context of your life with curiosity, respect and care.

I became a therapist because I believe in the healing that comes from being met with care, curiosity, and presence. I am continually moved by the courage it takes to come to therapy and by the insight people often carry within themselves, even if they don’t always feel it.
